Roche (2008) – Polycystic Kidney Disease
Focus: Co-development and commercialization of PLX5568, and other selective Raf inhibitors
Status: Phase 1
Total deal potential: Undisclosed
Includes $60 million upfront, over $275 million in milestones for PKD, additional milestone sets for multiple additional indications, plus royalties on sales
Co-promote option in U.S.

Roche (2006) – Oncology
Focus: Co-development and commercialization of PLX4032, and other B-Rafv600E inhibitors
Status: Phase 1
Total deal potential: $706 million, plus royalties
Includes $46 million upfront and guaranteed funding
Co-promote option in U.S.

Servier (2006) – Cardiovascular
Focus: Discovery of non-peptidic renin inhibitors
Status: Preclinical development
Total deal potential: $100 million, plus royalties

Wyeth (2004) – Type 2 Diabetes and other metabolic disease
Focus: Co-development of PPM-204 (PLX204), and other diabetes and obesity compounds
Status: Phase 2b
Total deal potential: $402 million, plus royalties
Includes $22 million upfront and guaranteed funding, and $50 million loan facility

Genentech (2003) – Oncology
Focus: Discovery of drug leads for single undisclosed kinase target
Status: Preclinical
Total deal potential: Includes upfront payment, multi-year research funding, milestones, plus royalties (terms undisclosed)
